Real-time dashboard calculates commission daily based on actual occupancy to ensure transparency.
Commission terms, thresholds, and tier qualifications are established during partnership onboarding based on your firm's profile, expected annual deal volume, and previous commercial real estate performance. Most partners achieve tier upgrades based on demonstrated deal flow and client quality. All partnership agreements include NDA protections for both parties and clear commission calculation methodologies. Commission is paid automatically within 7 days of month-end through bank transfer, with detailed itemization showing seat count, rent, rate, and calculation.
