How Innovspace Works – Five Simple Steps

From inquiry to full occupancy, the process is straightforward and fast:

Inquiry

Tell us your team size (50-500+ seats), preferred location (Aero Zone, Edge Zone, or Tech Zone), and target move-in date. Submit via our website form or call our team.

Site Visit

Schedule a tour of the location(s) that interest you. Our enterprise team walks you through the space, explains customization options (cabin layouts, meeting room allocation, server room configuration), and answers all questions. Most site visits take 45-60 minutes.

Proposal

Within 24 hours of your site visit, we send a custom pricing proposal based on your team size, space requirements, and location choice. The proposal includes per-sqft pricing, total monthly fee, contract terms, and customization options.

Agreement & Documentation

Once you approve the proposal, we prepare a simple master service agreement (MSA). We also provide statutory compliance documentation: STPI registration support (if applicable), fire safety certificates, building completion certificate, and utility connection documentation. Agreement execution typically takes 1-2 weeks including your internal approvals.

Move-In & Operations

Once the agreement is signed, your team can begin moving into your dedicated floor. We coordinate with your logistics team on move-in schedule, furniture placement, IT infrastructure setup, and employee orientation. Within 30 days, your entire team is operational and productive.
