Minimum 50 seats for dedicated floor allocation. Teams smaller than 50 can negotiate shared-floor arrangements or meeting room partnerships. For teams of 50-500+, we have dedicated floor options at all three locations.
Absolutely. We work with you to customize cabin layouts, meeting room allocation, furniture arrangement, and branding (company logo, signage, color schemes). Reconfigurations are available as your team evolves. There is typically a one-time customization fee for major layout changes.
Standard term is 12 months with month-to-month renewal options. We also offer 24-month and 36-month terms at discounted rates. Minimum commitment is typically 12 months. Early termination is possible with 60 days' notice and applicable wind-down fees.
Yes. Expansion options include: (1) expanding within your current floor if space is available, (2) adding an adjacent floor at the same location, (3) opening a satellite office at one of our other two locations, or (4) combining multiple locations for distributed teams. We work with you to scale seamlessly.
Not included: specialized IT equipment (servers, storage arrays—though we provide rack space), employee F&B costs beyond pantry basics, custom software licenses, and third-party consulting services. Everything else (furniture, internet, power, security, housekeeping, cafeteria, meeting rooms) is included.
