Our pricing is calculated per sqft per month. For example, 500 sqfts at Edge Zone Kalapatti (₹111/sqft) = ₹55,500/month. Invoicing is monthly in advance; payments are due by the 10th of each month via bank transfer or corporate credit.
Zero Capex, Zero Deposit
Unlike traditional leases, you don't invest in furniture, fitout, or security deposits. Move in within 30 days of signing. This frees your capex for core business investments.
Flexible Lock-in
Standard terms are 12-month agreements with a 30-day notice for exit. Multi-year commitments (2-3 years) qualify for 5-10% price discounts. Month-to-month is available at a 15% premium.
Scalability
Growing beyond your current sqftage? We can accommodate expansion within the same location or across our three zones. Shrinking? Exit with 60-days notice (after initial 12 months).
