Confirm
Complete your booking with your name, company, phone, and any special requirements (catering, additional equipment, parking).
Get Access Code
Receive your access code via email and SMS. Show it at the front desk or use it to unlock the room if it's a keycard room. No keys to pick up. No waiting at reception.
Cancellation & Flexibility
We understand that meeting schedules change. You can cancel your booking up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time with no penalty. Cancellations within 4 hours incur a nominal charge.

Half-day (4 hours) and full-day (8 hours) packages are available at discounted rates compared to hourly booking. Ideal for intensive workshops or full-day client interactions.
Monthly Subscriptions

Absolutely. Meeting rooms are available to all companies, whether or not they lease office space from Innovspace. You don't need to be an Innovspace tenant to book a room.
You can book up to 30 days in advance through our online system or by calling our team. Same-day bookings are available subject to room availability. We strongly recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure your preferred time slot.
Yes. All AV equipment is tested daily. We maintain backup equipment and spare parts on-site. Our team conducts a 10-minute pre-meeting setup with you to ensure everything works before guests arrive. If equipment fails during your meeting, we provide an immediate replacement room.
Free cancellation up to 4 hours before your scheduled meeting time. Cancellations within 4 hours of the meeting start incur a 25% cancellation charge. No-shows (booked but don't use) are charged in full. Advance bookings canceled 7+ days before the meeting date receive a full refund if the room is rebooked.
Catering: Yes, you can arrange your own catering and bring it into the room. We also offer in-house catering services for meetings lasting 4+ hours. AV Equipment: No, we require use of our built-in equipment for compatibility and reliability reasons. If you need specialized equipment beyond our standard setup, contact our team to discuss options.
Yes. All meeting room bookings include complimentary parking for you and your guests at all three locations.
